Faulty items
Each item has been created with care and is thoroughly inspected before being packaged and sent to you. In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is faulty, please send us an email to info@bentleybedding.com.au with your name, order number and description/picture of the fault within 5 days of receiving your order. If the item is confirmed as faulty you will have the option of a replacement or refund.
Change of mind
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
